Grift and his teams have worked with clients to deliver on a wide range of initiatives ranging from building core first-line leadership skills at massive scale to improving strategy alignment at the executive level. He has additional experience in onboarding, M&A and integration, and design thinking and innovation. Grift has worked with organizations in different growth stages particularly in technology, healthcare and financial services. He is passionate about connecting people to opportunity and achievement.
